    @50lo.me The harder problem is people communicating across different mental models. No adapter fixes that.
    My guess: we’ll lean on higher-level abstractions where we can — outcomes, interfaces, contracts — and invest more deliberately in building shared understanding where we need to go deeper.

    @50lo.me Tool compatibility is actually the easier one. We’ve solved this before. Jujutsu uses entirely different concepts than Git — but runs on top of it, so teams can mix both. Microservices can be written in different languages and still compose cleanly if they share a protocol.

    @50lo.me Great question. I think collaboration has two distinct challenges here: tool compatibility and mental model compatibility. They’re different problems with different solutions.
